About ICU-UCme

It took the loss of a close personal friend to make the founding Director of ICU-UCMe realise the potential vulnerability of not only unintended pedestrians but also motor cyclists, horse riders and caravan owners to name a few.

By making yourself more visible you are yourself reducing the risks associated with the deaths and injuries from road traffic accidents on not only British roads but also European roads.

Tom Craig and ICU-UCMe are attempting to make all road users aware of ther vulnerabilities and not only on badly lit roads. How many times have we been blinded by the sunlight or not seen another road user because of the colour of their clothes?

Tom speaks at IAM National Motorcyclists conference on 30th April 2005, Lights up the conference with his speech 'Hindsight is not visable road safety'.
During the presentation Tom explained the needs to be seen and the stationary vulnerbilities of the motorcyclist as well as the need to be seen in all types of lighting and weather conditions.
